On March 11, 2003, we contracted with BBTech for two jobs: to repair and recover files on our home computer, and to network two computers and auxiliaries at our office.  Brian and Brian came out and took care of our computer problems with great care, expertise, and professionalism.  As is usually the case, unforeseen problems cropped up, and these talented engineers immediately made us aware of the problems and any extra cost we might incur as a result.  Their service was timely and reasonably priced.  As you will find, they are down-to-earth, trustworthy men.  I had no problem trusting them with my personal files or the key to my office.

Specifically, Brian and Brian recovered our files off of a failing hard drive, replaced failed hardware, taking care to retain everything we asked in a logical manner.  At our office, they ran network and phone lines through the attic and walls, installed outlets, configured both computers, set default printers, mapped network drives, and tested the components; and probably a thousand other details that I don't know about.  We couldn't be more thrilled - and relieved.  They provide an excellent one-stop service.
